MY25 Updates?

Trying to find details for MY25 and stumbled on this from a dealer in NJ. Don't know how reliable it is, but found it interesting.

MY25 updates:

• Hybrid engine
  • "This year, though, a new electric motor is joining the lineup. While it may come as a shock that the Bronco would show off electric power in its 2025 model, it just goes to show the evolution of Ford toward more sustainable power choices. Aside from the new hybrid option, the 2025 Ford Bronco will maintain its EcoBoost engine and a smooth-shifting automatic transmission for easy road driving."
• New offroad trim
• Updated interiors
• Bigger touchscreen option

The first bullet point about the hybrid engine was introduced to the 2025 maverick and the other 3 bullet points were introduced to the 2025 Bronco Sport. That dealer has absolutely no idea what they’re talking about

That sounds like Ecoboost engine singular.
And they mention the automatic as if it were the only transmission.
If I can’t order my new MY2025 4-door Heritage Edition with the 2.3L AND the 7-speed manual..........................

I wouldn’t put any stock in the above information. Clueless sales dpt. as usual.

Keep checking the Ford website as you’re able to build a few MY25 vehicles. Not the Bronco yet though.

The “smooth-shifting automatic transmission” would be a nice update.

Surely the hybrid engine requires a different engine mount. So far there is no ECN for any changes to the frame for new engine mounts, and at this point it would be too late to get into production for 25

If there were any major changes coming we'd have seen a test mule rolling around like we saw for the Maverick and Bronco Sport. At this point based on what we've seen I think we'll be getting Ruby Red Metallic as a color, likely replacing Hot Pepper Red Metallic, and color-matched hardtops as an option.

I honestly don't see a need for a refresh. Ford only needs to fix/ improve some things.
Play around with colors and trims, all that crap.

But the design is solid, and I personally would hate to see changes with that.

Nope-the Transmission 10R has the hybrid system built into it. See the F-150 Hybrid for example.

Its not a eCVT/Atkinson cycle hybrid like the Maverick or Escape.

With that said, nor will you see a huge improvement in MPGs, if anything a 2.3L Ecoboost Hybrid would be roughly the equivalent to the 2.7L performance wise with a little better MPGs. The 2.3L Ecoboost is coming out in ROW Ranger in the next few months and nothing (at the moment with the UAW contract) has it coming here, but lots of things have changed lately.
