I saw this and it steered me towards the hard top.

Back when I was going with the hard top, I figured I'd leave the connections unhooked anyway, for ease of install/uninstall
It'll add like 30 seconds of your time lol

I'm waiting on the mod top. I'll be much happier waiting for it to be perfect from the factory than trying to mickey mouse everything on my own. *sigh
I was thinking that too, but am afraid it will be late MY22. If it is early in '22, then that wouldn't be too bad at all. With what we've experienced so far, it will probably be a full year after the first MIC top Broncos come out...

Here is the rear defroster shown on the base. No mid, high, or lux packages here! In case you missed it earlier, this will show if you add tint.

For me, the best part of the Q/A was the clarification on the Signature Lighting option on the Big Bend. I want the tails and would look to swap the heads (assuming the harness is the same).

@Cheshire - I know you had numerous discussions on the Signature Lighting option on the Big Bend. The first post clarifies that the $795 option includes both the headlights and taillights.

Because it's almost no cost to do it during manufacturing, and makes it very easy for people to buy a high margin hard top from Ford later....if it's a pain in the butt, less people do it. This is particularly the case with Bronco with white tops and modulars coming later.
Ford did save $5 on each Pinto gas tank.
For the Bronco-why didn't they just toss it into the Mid-Package as a hard top rough-in.

@Citikill Shouldn't the title be “No harness for SOFT tops”?

I’m going soft top with no plans for a hardtop so I’m glad Ford didn’t install stuff that I don’t need or want. ??‍♂ Just sayin

Does anyone really even use their rear window washer? The back window is vertical. I’m not sure I ever even used it in my JKU with hard top. I never wished I had it in my JKU soft top. I honestly wouldn’t make such a big deal over it.

I'm mainly wanting the defroster and just prefer glass when the top is up for driving around town
