There was a somewhat similar post by Granger saying that through year-end SAS/MIC combinations would be mostly consumed by FE, which will be a major production focus Sept thru Nov.
I am wondering if Granger has a higher mix of FEs in their allocation that other dealers.

I know at both Stephens and Horsham I would be on the bubble of the allocation as an afternoon July 14th reservation (and thus for sure a 22), whereas at Crossroads I am right on the first third of the allocation. I also know my dealer has 14 two door advance orders, which is not a high percentage on an allocation of about 100. And so, the discount programs have a higher number of very early reservations (which would have a higher percentage of FEs).

My point is, if you are not at one of those dealers, I wouldn't completely apply that Granger comment to your own situation.

As far as what will happen next week - meh, I've been conditioned to expect nothing.

Lol, honestly at the end of the day this wouldn’t surprise me. At this point I am more curious to see how long they can draw out my reservation. Almost feels like I ordered a cyber truck.

I am wondering
here's Zach's post:

We recently received communication for our Bronco allocation for the month of September. This could be helpful for you regardless of where you purchased your Bronco to get an idea on production flow.

To Recap

26 - Initial Allocation (+2 Mannequin Units)
43 - Second Allocation
5 - August production of First Editions (scheduled this week)
30 - September production (+1 mannequin unit)
107 Production commitment in total.

So we've received 104 of our 203 total retail orders allocated to us +3 stock/mannequin units.

That leaves 99 units of production left for the month of October and November in 2021. This makes sense with the increasing production rate of the plant and I've been reassured that we will get our entire 2021 allocation estimate production in 2021.

The final 3 months of production are going to be very FE heavy. We have 42 First Editions and have 9 total produced up until this point. So if you have sasquatch/lux package and not first edition, my uneducated guess is that the chances of your vehicle being produced is slim as a 2021 compared to another lower trim without those options. They are going to need to allocate a lot of those commodities to the FEs that need to be built. I've also been told if you are FE no need to worry about yours being produced in 2021, it will get built.

Yeah, I read it. Crossroads has about half the allocation, but if I am 33rd, how many of the 32 in front of me are FEs? Betting it is less than 22.

We’ll see. If not August or September, I think I’d rather wait ‘till 22.

Guys. There are a minimum 30,000 to 35,000 units initially planned for production between August and November. There are about 6,500 or so First Editions still needing to be produced.

While the early scheduling might be "very heavily" skewed towards FE production for August and September, there is still a LOT more capacity available for non-FE builds.

August's production slots are not full (or nearly full). I'm not sure if we'll see another VIN dump next Thursday or if we'll have a few weeks of cleanup with various builds being plugged in, but August isn't done.
That's good to hear Ross. Thanks for chiming in. However, Granger posted on another thread that their scheduled builds for August is a total of 5 (Sept is 30) of their 203 MY21 allocated. Zach made it sounds as if that's known and won't change. Seems low if MAP is ramped up pretty well at that point.

This emotional roller coasters starting to make me sick....LOL

Thanks for posting this.

I just don't get in this scenario why there are 35 Broncos produced over Aug/Sept and 99 to be produced in Oct and Nov. Discouraging that my WT 2dr in first 12hrs wont be built in Aug and September based on this. And possibly not this year. 🤷‍♂️

I know, and the confusion certainly isn't helpful. I can't speak to their orders or to what their regional rep is telling them.

I can say it conflicts heavily with what my guys at MAP and project engineering are telling me.

8/2 is still still scheduled to be a full blend of Broncos onto final assembly and Saturday shifts of 2 on, 1 off start after Labor Day.
