This IS dumb but... in the absence of any leveling solution for the '23 WT HOSS 3.0, would it be possible to level the front with a 1" puck in position 1, a 3/4" in position 2 and 1/2" in position 3 with no change to position 4?

This is clearly a ridiculous idea, but perhaps someone will have a better thought? This forum tends to be fairly ingenious...

No.
Just no.

I'm not saying it's impossible.
I'm just saying no.

Why not do just a puck spacer lift on top the struts

To the point- there would be a potential stability issue. You also could have compound variances. It’s one of those things that once you hear yourself (in this case read yourself) saying it out loud you’re like, nope.

There isn’t one for the HOSS 3.0
Hoss 3.0 mounts to the frame the exact same way as all the others. The spacers should fit fine, unless you know something I don't. I wouldn't bolt your body down on uneven height mounts...would probably put a wierd twist in the body, or frame, or both...just seems like a very bad idea.

I’m going with the BB 1.5 BL concept. But I’m probably not going to level anything over the Fox shocks. I’m not into messing with perches or spacers. I’ve done them all and it’s usually just a slow chain reaction of compromises. I want to leave the OE kit as is.

Ya 100%. The torsional forces on the frame could also be an issue if not distributed evenly.

I know it’s just me, but I’m happy with stock stance, and won’t anything level/lift or bigger tires until I beef up my rack. As the saying goes; it’s only as strong as the weakest link. Anything else would be futile 🤔🤔🤔

Correct- I am aware of this thing you call Google… those are perch collars. Everyone is aware of them. They will likely impact the ride.

I was talking about spacers. They are a less bad option if they are small enough. There are several active threads here discussing the lack of current options. You can google them, apparently.

That said none of these are great options. The BL is the only thing that will preserve the OE geometry.
