Have you started the engine with the hood up and cover off? Is anyone watching for oil spurts? Could be something else if it keeps happening

This is why I do my own oil changes and as much maintenance as I can. I almost always find something wrong after getting a vehicle serviced, the rare times I do.

It seems as though oil spatter is above PCV connection. If the dipstick is secure when you checked (not sitting loose on tube), it might be another issue (like pcv)as @Lifeliberty suggested. Start it and rev a bit and observe with no cover.
Also, if pcv fails or sticks, the crankcase pressure will push that oil out (pops dipstick open, for example).

Notice they put "Caution Hot" on the engine cover but not the hood :)
Obviously those oil change guys don't care as much as you do about your vehicle.
That's one reason I do it all myself.
Same reason I bbq my own briskets.....I do it better..and cheaper.
Find another dealer. Flame the bad ones on reviews.
Good luck
Paul in AZ.

It was definitely the dipstick not pushed in all the way, sorry for the late reply gave the Bronco a break for the weekend to ride the motorcycle. Ever since I pushed in the dipstick no oil splatter whatsoever
