Old school wheels options

I had these saw blades on my 1987 Bronco, I would like to see what they would look like on my 2023 Badlands (if I don't get bumped to a 2024).

They actually don’t need to be polished since they were clear coated at the factory. I too remember polishing a set of aftermarket Alcoa wheels on my 96 Bronco back in the day. They would get dull after a short period of time. These wheels are easy maintenance.

I wish Alcoa's were a factory option like the full size broncos were.

Originally, I was going to go with these on my base and keep the original tires until they wore out.

Liked that they looked a lot like slots, and that they came in a 25 offset.

The wheels are 17x8s w/ +35mm offset ... sorry, not sure what the center bore is - I'm sure you can call WheelSmith and they can provide (ask for Terry)

I like these a lot too but the back spacing is probably only 4.75 to 5 inches which would give a little "poke" if thats what a person wants. They are nice looking and old school. If they had a 6" back space I would be all in. Think ima gonna stick with the steelies for no poke.

Backspacing really doesn’t matter unless you factor in the width of the wheel, the offset is what really matters because that tells you where the center of the tire is relative to the hub. The reason I was considering them was they were pretty much the only rim in the "slot" style that you could even get with a positive offset, all the others that I found were 0 or negative offset which is would result in way too much poke for my taste.

Understood. I think that we are saying the same thing though. Back side spacing also tells you where the center of the wheel is on a given width. Wasn't trying to disagree with you. I rarely post on forums for this reason and its none of my business what wheel that you prefer. Also agree with you that there are not many old school options out there in our space. Peace

Son of a bitch. These are nearly identical to the wheels I had on my 89 wrangler in high school. Seeing the phrase old school and then seeing these reminded me that I’m old AF.

Yeah, pretty sure we had an 80s Ranger with those wheels.
For me, 70s style mag slots or turbines is old school.

The sidewall would be about 1 1/4" further out than the factory tires on a non-Sasquatch Badlands so pretty much even with the outside of the non-Sasquatch flare, if it did poke it would only be very little maybe 1/4"
