So the start in gear function means starting in gear, clutch engaged!
I was worried it was just the typical, can be started with clutch depressed.

I’ll wait 8 months until they fix all the errors - maybe they’ll start thinking about making my Bronco by then. Doubtful though.

Yes or jump a couple wires on the switch together but you didn’t hear that from me. There are aft mkt devices out there too.

Install an undercharged battery and try turning the motor over a few times. BMS will throw an error that has to be reset by the dealership but won’t cause any lights or warnings and will permanently disable the ASS until reset.

Really? That’s a simple hack - thanks for the tip.

I may try it on my F150…

I know with my F-150, I plug in one of those Trailer brake testing lights I got on Amazon for like $10. It thinks you're towing so disables auto start/stop.

They don't offer a roof rack with SAS package so technically their non-existent OEM roof rack would be 0lbs, but why not just omit this 3rd row completely?
