Strange that yours would whistle but no one else's do. I'd maybe start with checking out your plastic trim pieces to make sure they're back in place correctly

Everything feels fully secure. No wiggling or loose parts. I'm just dumfounded, but it has to be the lights. My top is great never had an issue before and my mirrors never had an issue either. Is everyone wiring through the same little inlet?

if you can try moving them to the inside bolt , and see if it changes at the same angle.
