Nada. What's included with the tow package? Upgrades in cooling system, suspension, gearing, brakes....?

Thanks for the awesome info. Some of those prices are crazy especially for the 2.7L. Now I might be dropping down a couple of models. I'll have to play with the numbers a bit. Hopefully a Ford representative sees these post and gives Ford some feedback.Admin update with:

I chose Outer Banks 2DR so the following prices are for that model.
Probably means pricing isn't 100% set and B&P won't be up for awhile. So I'm going with bad.So, have we decided that this is a good thing or bad thing that they sent out a survey? Theres a lot of silly math going on in this thread. maybe someone should just order a Pineapple Pizza?

Only 2.5k for BadlandsI think the sas package is 5k not 2.5k?
For Ranger, all tow packages were factory installed. If you wanted to add it after your VIN was created, the dealership would have to order the parts and 99% of the dealerships outsourced the install to whatever local truck/trailer hitch place they have a service agreement (due to liability and staff certifications).New- The Tow Package for the Base model was added to the survey. Before now Mike Levine said it's available as a dealer installed item.
Badlands already has most of sas pkg except tiers and wheels.Question why is the badlands sas package 2500 vs 5000
Yes. The 2.7 is a monster. That being said, I’m buying a 2.3T.Do you think the average person would be able to tell that much of a difference in the 2.3 and the 2.7?
I think that is very likely and this pricing is another indication of exactly that. I have seen theories that spacers are used or that the Sasquatch provides more lift than the Badlands suspension. The shocks may have some adjustment capability, but there just doesn’t look like there is any upgrade price-wise beyond wheels and tires on the Badlands. It already has the same suspension.
It was 5k in my Badlands surveyOnly 2.5k for Badlands
