I’ve noticed both rear door bottom corners have chipped the paint off. Appears they curve into the frame just a millimeter too much taking the paint off completely down to bare metal. Any other 4 doors seeing this?

Yep, same on my rear driver side door/jamb. Door alignment/paint repair at the dealership and all is good. Photos prior to repair…

I haven’t removed any doors yet but would that affect the alignment in anyway? Just wondering if this is going to turn into, every time they are pulled off they have to get re-aligned. Also called a dealer but it was 5pm on Sat and it went to voicemail, stating they were closed, so I will have to reach back out on Monday. How long did the expected fix take? Same day turn around hopefully.

I have this issue on my rear driver's side door.
Sorry to hear. Fortunately it appears to be a straight forward fix. I do hope the word spreads for owners to check this as it isn’t that noticeable but can be a recipe for rust issues in the future.

Definitely - I would not have looked if it had not been for a prior post on this forum.

I'm waiting until my first oil change to address this and a few other small issues.

Plenty of room in my two door. And have two less doors to worry about
Glad it’s working out for you today. Funny thing is everybody’s different and what works for one might not be the best for another. Wish government caught on to this wisdom.

It's happening with 2 doors also. Including mine. I put PPF on it for now to keep it to a minimum. It's only on the drivers side.

This is the kind of stuff that makes the wait worth it (sorta). Not saying it won’t continue to happen, but somewhere, Ford has got to have someone adjusting a tool, robot, or instructions to help eliminate this. Right? 🤷‍♂️
