Good catch. Thanks for posting these. I can't imagine a better setup than this.

Not something I would want but I have to admit, they are slick. Good job on the design.

interesting idea, seems well done, but I'll pass. Just something else to break (and what if it breaks in the down position when out on a trail?) and those exposed sensors/wires/magnets are just a bit tacky.

I'm just waiting for aftermarket to sell some add on steps for the factory BL sliders like I've seen on some concepts.

I like it.
don't like the exposed sensors, my motor home managed it's auto step cleaner.
I guess that you do without the steps when the doors are off/disabled
I thought I read that you can manually deploy and retract them with a button that gets placed inside.

I wonder if it's possible to utilize an AUX switch for the override button? It poses pros and cons, it to me would be cleaner looking than an add on button but it's location isn't really in reach without getting into the vehicle.

Things to explore when these are available to us normies.

These will be ordered as soon as I get my Bronco. Only way my wife will be able to get in. I need rock rails, and won't do steps. Nice that they got them produced for the Bronco right away. I saw some on a Jeep, and they looked worth buying.

Exactly what I thought after watching the video. I'm definitely going to look into that when I install.

These have been on jeeps for years. They are not a new design

I like them. It looks like a little more protection from door dings as well.
What do you do if you have the doors off and you accidentally hit the button?
Do the steps deploy? I assume so. How do you get them back up if the doors are miles away?
