I have tried to email EVERYONE that was a part of the order. Im sorry if you were missed as some orders came through DM only, and other avenues where I didnt have your email.

Rockslide found some software issues early on in the production and things came to a halt. The original ETA for steps to ship was 5-6weeks from order place. They extended that 2 extra weeks. Unfortunately they still have not made up that gap in time.

They are currently building 200 steps which are slated to be out the door next week, a lot of those are mine (yours). Im hoping to send tracking out to many of you at the end of next week.

Please bare in mind that out of our 107 orders from this site, they are mingled with everyone elses orders too and they are shipping them in the order received. They have shipped 23 out of 107 of ours so far. Im hoping that they manage to get through all the rest of them within 2weeks of today. We are all sorry for the delays.

Dust settling is not a horrible idea. Between this 100+ set order, my big stocking order, and getting all of their distributor orders handled and through production with some parts delays and covid setbacks...its been challenging. My apologies if Ive missed your message though, I get about 30 a day from this site and its been overwhelming but I strive to get them all.

This will not be the last sale I have on these, just letting them catch up right now.

Between this 100+ set order, my big stocking order, and getting all of their distributor orders handled and through production with some parts delays and covid setbacks...its been challenging. My apologies if Ive missed your message though, I get about 30 a day from this site and its been overwhelming but I strive to get them all.

Not saying you guys aren't doing all you can, and that you aren't swamped. I know you are. I just know when it gets overwhelming like that, balls will get dropped... not intentionally, but it's best to wait until these delays get sorted out.

Thanks for keeping updated … rock slide engineering told me they are closed all week just like ford is til 1/3 so I wouldn’t expect to hear anything til next week

Unfortunately not, at this time.

I have over 100 orders waiting to be completed and shipped due to an early production part change on the internals/holiday break/supply issues. Before I take any more orders I want to fulfill the ones I have already taken.

Once production is ramped up and they get through their backlog Ill be hosting another sale.
