Seat belt issue but not covered under recall

I had the same thing happen. Cleaned the belt with a damp cloth and used a blade from my feeler gauge to run above and below the belt in the hanger. I didn't see much come out, but working like it should again.

My drivers side is doing this. 9800 miles. Going to the dealer Monday. Is there a TSB on this?

Same issue.
I have not taken it to the Dealer yet to address but need to. 34K miles is getting close to "out of time".

Have you guys tried cleaning the seat belt webbing ? I cleaned mine and it started working within a day or two. Too much fun in the dirt.

I used hot water and a sponge on one, then just windex and a microfiber towel on the others.

So I ended up sliding a business card through the top bracket that holds the belt above your shoulder to help push anything in there out and now it works. Who knew?
