Seat belt tearing under warranty?

Hey guys,
So I’ve been using my seat belt on my baby’s car seat since I pretty much got the bronco (October 22) and I just noticed how it’s tearing. It has the strap for the latched but I feel the normal seat belt holds down the seat slot better. I assume this qualifies it as normal use, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem or know if it would be covered under warranty.
