I bought the soft top fully aware it was going to be louder. But we are going on a road trip in a month and so I’m wondering what others have done to help reduce noise on their factory soft tops?
Any tips or advice would be great

Got this for my wife’s bronco. Works great. I personally think it cuts out alot of noise. Especially from the rear windows. This creates a barrier, so the air stays above the liner, doesn’t make the rear windows flap like they do without it. Also helps keep it warmer in the winter.

I don’t notice the road noise anymore… during winter, I put a moving blanket over my Bimini top to reduce heat loss. I had to add a bungee cord for support. Mine is an Amazon cheapo. The blanket just lays on top and the roof just sandwiches it in. This winter, I think I am also going to shove a couple pool noodles or pipe insulators along the top just a bit more buffer from the outdoors.

Get a bimini top and add some sound absorbing foam or a memory foam mattress between it and the soft top. I've seen a lot of people say it helped a lot

Seconding the Dirty Dog 4x4 headliner for the soft top. My wife was the first to comment about how much quieter the truck was after I installed it. It's a must for road trips.
