I was trained by the very famous singer Yoko Ono, so...

@WuNgUn -care to post a vid and let all the armchair mechanics wax diabetic about what it might be, but probably isn't?
Can hear it plain as day... Square wheel. Ugh

Yeah, that's what it sounds like. I assume you didn't hit any curbs with it at speed, but... any chance the lot Boyz did?

Hopefully, you can find a way to check and verify to get Ford to replace it. It's hard with wheels and tires, but I would think it would show up on one of those fancy tire testers. The wheels would have to come off, though, and I assume they didn't do that yet.

Got it in today at the dealer...
They checked all 4 tires on a road force balancer...
LF 39 (at limit)
RF 18
LR 23
RR 18
Added .75oz weight to LR
Rotated tires
"Tire at limit now on LR"
Not exactly sure what he did... Rotated straight front to back...?

Anyway, they are replacing one of the tires... In assuming LR, which was LF...? Could of sworn the noise was RR? 😕

Whichever one they replace, I'll pull off the opposite side and put the spare into service 👍

Thanks for the update and good luck hunting it down. I had 15x10 steel rims on a Jeep that didn't give me any problems, so sometimes it's a crap shoot.

Have them swap wheels with one on their lot. I'll bet it is the crappy Goodyear tires. I want to put something else on but don't feel like spending the money.

One other area to check when suspecting out of round tires is checking proper bead seating. The "GG" line around the bead area should be even spaced to the rim. If it is off it might just take breaking the bead loose, lubing the rim and tire, then inflating the tire. Sometimes have to rotate the tire slightly to get proper seating.

I replace the goodyears with the BFgoodrich KO2 C load tires yesterday and I love them. They are night and day compared to the Goodyears. Super smooth at all speeds up to 80 mph without a hint of vibration and are very quiet and comfortable over the bumps and uneven pavements. I highly recommend them. I cannot believe how bad the goodyears felt on the Bronco first edition.

Dealer already took care of hunting it down. Just waiting for the new tire to show up.

I also have a tire vibration. Started at about 1500 miles (have 3000 now). It was super smooth before.

But mine is not nearly as loud as yours

I was surprised (and glad) my dealer has a road force balancer/analyzer...
Else they would of told me "we couldn't replicate the issue" I'm sure!
Take it in to the dealer.
