It’s a warranty repair. Just bring it to your dealership
Took delivery on big bend earlier this month and it has the driver side mirror issue. Cover the crack and it goes away. I'll contact dealer. If no fix I'll fill the crack with something.

There is also a TSB for 2 model broncos (Big Bend, included) that produces a whistle from the grill/hood interaction. Regardless, the mirror cover TSB is the main issue; unfortunate that it did not solve it!

My 22 OBX built 11.17 has this whistle. Didn’t have the whistle for the 1st month, but now it’s all I hear & I’m about to drive from Northern IL to Asheville & back in 2 weeks.

Did that over the weekend - You’d think they would have fixed the issue & new builds wouldn’t be having this problem still though.
