?"Synthetic rope" is a turn-off for me
Your warn turns me off too??
My WARN has a synthetic rope.
They obviously have the eye candy thing downWhen you need this to perform I bet you would pay 4x this amount. That is unless you just need some jeep eye candy for parking at the mall, then it is perfect.
synthetic rope is safer, and in many cases stronger, than wire cable. I've been using synthetic ropes for over 25 years in the military and off shore activities on winches/cranes etc."Synthetic rope" is a turn-off for me
Mooring lines, rigging and shot lines are one thing, especially when its two decently thick lines per bollard, but still dangerous when they (mooring lines) snap... pencil thin line that's on a cheaply made winch is another. I've seen plenty of reviews for Chinese stuff snapping and fraying after 2-3 usessynthetic rope is safer, and in many cases stronger, than wire cable.
