Sure, you can run 35s on the M190 and not worry as long as you aren't doing anything too strenuous or stupid, but a 7.5 inch ring is just, well, tiny. There is a big difference in strength an inch makes.
I really hope upgrading to the M210 is an option. Axles and CV joints can be replaced with stronger easily enough. Ring and pinion is another matter. I would not do too much hard wheeling on the M190 with 35s, and I certainly wouldn't do it locked.

Looks like Ford is offering a factory lift and 35" wheels on the base model. This is important because I want the 7 speed manual.

My question is are the stock 190mm front axles tough enough to turn the 35s? On the SASQ pack I think the front axle is 220mm.

Should there be any concern here?
Front axle on squatch is 210, rear is 220. 210 front is an option on the base model. I'd suggest taking it if equipping 35s. This is why I plan to get the Badlands. 210 fronts come standard and I intend to get the 2" factory lift on 37s

I did a lot of running in snow/ snow-rocks with 4 tire chains did some with an old Jeep with Dana 25 and old Bronco with Dana 30, now in a LJ Rubicon with locked 44' never broke anything, but never had the torque of the new Bronco, so this bothers me a bit. May have to go Sasquatch to get the 210 or resist chaining up the front.

Disclaimer: I wrote this post bourbon in hand, so take it all with a grain of salt, and if you put 35s on your bronco and your diff blows up, well, it’s not my fault, I’m just some guy on the internet doing math.
Wow! you can think this well and write in such good details with bourbon in blood?! ;) you have to be a cool, smart and steady guy!

How much more could the 210 cost? Its an option on every level so unless its over $1,000 I'd say its an easy choice. I'm thinking around $400-500 based on similar upgrades on other Fords

They were referencing the diameter of the ring gear in the differential, not the axle shafts
