My bronco will be delivered here in a few months. I am considering upgrading to 37’s and different wheels. To do this, I’m wondering what suspension set up would be best for me. This will be my primary vehicle but I do plan on off roading quite a bit. I don’t wanna buy a super expensive set up but I also don’t want to throw trash parts on to my truck. I considered the grt off road kit but I’m not sure how well that will hold up, also been eyeing the eibach truck 2.0 but saw some pictures after installation and it seems to remove some travel…… so idk any help is appreciated lol.

ps: I might just stick with 35’s as that’s the size of tire the truck was engineered to run… we shall see
I've been on 37s for a year now. My recommendations, start with the 0-1mm positive offset wheel (if keeping stock sasquatch, you could use spacers to close the gap). There are many options to help. Body lifts are probably the easiest. There is also perch collars and spacer lifts. If you got the money, coilovers with adjustable ride height would be ideal as well. All these options have their pros/cons, research them all to figure out which is right for your application and use of your bronco. If you are mostly on pavement with occasional off roading, I'd go with the cheaper route. If you are going to be off roading with full articulation, that will be more extensive. Hard to say what is best for you without a live conversation.

What are your thoughts on something like the Eibach pro lift springs that use the stock SAS struts??

I think they’d be a good option. Do they say how much lift they offer over Sasquatch? Still a good idea w with after market wheels or spacers to get a near 0 offset.

2.5 front 1.6 rear I believe.

I’ve seen quite a few posts reporting that the current set of Eibach springs on any of their lift options are really quite soft (almost more so than stock SAS springs) and dive under braking as well as sag quite heavily with any weight on the car (roof rack, bumpers, etc). I’m avoiding them for now for that reason. Allegedly coming out w/ a more heavy duty option soon. Looking at Icons instead

For those that has stepped up to proper adjustable coil-overs. Has the community learned what the winning mixture is for UCA’s, rear links, etc?

Seams like availability has severely hampered our learning curve to identify the winning combo for durability & mix of required components.

I’m on a Perch collar lift now but that’s just a bridge gap for time. Eventually I plan to step up to FOX coilovers but have not built the knowledge around the winning mix for a 2.5” to 3” lift over Sas.

I have ridiculous dive with my zone 3” spacer lift on -12mm offset methods on 37s. Been looking at coilover options and settled for the icon CDCVs. The kings and foxes are super nice but the 6-8month wait isn’t. The icons are “in stock” allegedly. Hope they ship soon.

I plan on the max ride height to clear the 37s and need the travel limiters for the front apparently. Anyone know where to get those? The part number listed on their website isn’t showing up for purchase. Also, my Zone UCAs should work right?

I am running Icon coil overs, upper control arms and core 4x4 track bar and rear links. No issues and I wheel my bronco so she gets abused.

Finally a 2-door running Icons. I ordered the CDCVs for mine today. I’ve heard the clearance between the fronts and the tie rods is close. Did they fix that? And can I still use my Broncbuster tie rod braces?

Beautiful rig BTW. 🔥

I can confirm with the new icons that the braces will clear. They include a bracket to move the sway bar back. Everything clears no issues and they ride great.

I have ridiculous dive
Mine improved tremendously by using 4dr/2.7 coils. Since you have a 2.7 they wouldn't help you as much but any extra stiffness helps.

Ok. I have a SAS with Zone 3" spacer lift. I am ordering 17" x 37" Faulkens and Fuel wheels. I have a choice of -12 or 0 offset! I don't want my tires to stick outside the flares any more than needed. Do you think that the 0 offset will be ok without any other mods? I'm losing sleep over this!😬 Please help if you can! Thanks!

for 37's, 0 offset is the sweet spot IMO. If I had it to do all over, I would've went with 0mm vs. -12mm. With that said, I would also go with a 17x8.5 wheel and 12.5" wide tire (I'm running 17X9 with 37/12.5s). -12mm = .47inches of poke over the 0MM.
