Yep. Just got my window sticker for 2D FE with blend date of 9/8. Definitely surprised.

Because it's an FE, not just another 2 door.

I got this as well. My dealer emailed me at 10 AM this morning. I said no way in hell.

Not trying to get excited about this. Could just be a computer error. Waiting for an email from Ford apologizing about this false notification.

It's useless to speculate, but what else do we have to do? My own theory is that they're scheduling FE builds in order to allocate part: I think Ford wants to avoid getting to the MIC top solution, only to realize they didn't reserve enough 35" wheels for FEs. So they're having these selected for scheduling, knowing that they're going to be produced later than the week they're saying in the emails, in order to ensure that they can build the whole car when the tops are ready.
