Just giving you a heads up, the train didn’t move overnight like I expected. The issues that have slowed things down do appear to have been resolved. It’s just a question of when do they plan on moving it. LA is tricky.

The official, my dealer is a tool and won't tell me my rail car number.
It was $5 when I was there last week. Just one of the many reasons why I don’t live in CA.
(In all fairness I know a lot of people in CA would say the same thing about Nebraska. I’m just smarter than them!

Probably because you need to look it up in the NS Access Tracker.

Holy crap thanks. 11/27 is really far off from expected 12/4-12/10.
Everyone thinks us Karen's have it bad with everyone poking fun. Secret....people really ARE scared of us. When I walked into Ford to place my order they sent me to the manager immediately without me even asking. And when my sales rep didn't respond promptly enough the manager automatically called me. That said.....they still just say "wow we're surprised your order got picked up so fast". I'm sure I'll have to call them to let them know my car was delivered.

Thanks @mpeugeot for making this more enjoyable. Just called CSX and it said as of yesterday morning the railcar has been placed at customer location national city (which is only 15 or so miles from my dealer) . So hopefully that means tomorrow or Friday ill get to pick it up!

So I have been trying for an hour to track my car through the CSX phone number, after multiple tries using the voice prompt and even with the keypad (CNA=23 62 21) it keep giving me results for car BNA 711912 (not CNA 711912 which is my number)

arr 12/2 Twin Oak, PA at 1230a
my dealer in is NJ
Is this correct?
Do I then track using palsapp.com

cassens shows nothing
palsapp shows nothing
