Thoughts on capable vs modular?

If you have a 2021 Badlands reservation, Ford will cover the upgrade to the HD.

Both: Steel.

Capable bumper: Fog lights. D-rings.

HD bumper: Shackle mounts. Can mount winch. Can remove end caps. Can mount bull bars, lights, etc.

Personally I like/want the modular. I should be ok with price protection since I have a Badlands on order.

Yeah....I think it's within $50 buck$ or so with some of the figures people are saying the Mod bumper upgrade will cost.

It was true in '21; not sure about '22. Probably not possible with Badlands, but that's just a guess. You can buy them through Ford accessories though.

The price protection is only for pre March 19 orders/reservations. If you reserved or ordered after, you don’t get the rebates.

Anyone have a pic of the ilo Steel one or the difference?
