I'm going to bet you can still see this delete plug. Quick, someone take a picture of them from the driver's position.
I'll still be able to see the corner of my fender, what I've looked at when crawling for the last 20y. If I see the delete fine, I don't want something sticking up higher than my fender corner. I'll paint mine though.

Which is why I think an aftermarket hood that eliminates the trail sights and flows with the body would look great.

Not sure why you don't like the sights. Tey give the Bronco a different look and are functional. Why did you delete?
They are functional, but for the vast majority of owners they have yet to use them and will probably never use them.

It's just like owners who remove back seats, tow hitches, spare tires, sway bars, etc. All completely functional parts, but they decide to remove if they think they will never utilize them.

I was wondering if there was a hidden issue or problem. Thanks.

For me I just donā€™t like the look. Not saying anything is wrong nor do I shit on people that like the look and/or functionality. I do like how companies are making accessories for them.

I would love a trailsight delete that is flush with the front of the hood and comes paintable.

Iā€™m actually a fan of the trail sight. To me itā€™s part of what makes the new gen Bronco ā€œwhat it isā€.
To each his own!

Hit it with a some iconic silver and some clear coat. I'm going to leave it without the black rubber strip along the inside edge for now and see what it looks like in full sun. As of now it looks like true bronco fenders again!! Will try to get a better line along the hood and adjust them tomorrow.

DeeZee made an affordable trail sight delete. (https://www.deezee.com/product/fender-hood-delete/) At $140 for a pair, I finally dumped the trail sights from my hood. Before and after pics:

I am on the fence about getting these as I like both looks. I was a hard no when the other company was asking $400. Could you take a picture out the windshield as if you were driving?

I was thinking color matching would make a world of difference.

I found a guy on IG that does custom cerakote, but his prices are pretty high IMO.

I saw these at their SEMA booth, surprised its taken so long to get these into production. I personally would be fine with a plastic. I'd like to paint them to match the body.

They don't make any sense to me simply because they're not needed lol. I don't understand why someone can't see the front corner of their fender without...... something else attached to the front corner of their fender lol.
Fact. Ford been putting the corners of the vehicle and tires in the same place for 119 years.

Question I have is, why canā€™t they get the angle of the forward line to match the line between the fender and hood? They look great other than that in my opinion.
Bondo. Some trimming still neededšŸ¤™
