I observe all of the above when driving in Normal, Eco, or Sport on dry pavement.

Further, when in 4A, I also observe that when I turn the steering wheel past a certain point--such as to make a right or left turn--the power distribution screen shows zero power going to the front wheels. All of the green bars are gone. As the wheel begins to straighten, at some point the green bars begin to appear at the front wheels. So it appears that the system is in fact handling the situation properly for dry pavement.

It's a fascinating system, and elegantly simple from what I've seen.

I miss my F150 that had this - it was nice. My wife has it on the Sport, but she doesn't use that view - she'd rather see what's playing on the radio (even though that's displayed ... on the radio)

My basic non-advanced peasant transfer case view just shows.... 4WD engaged, or not engaged. We don't even get fancy green bars to pretend like it's cool. Just which axle is locked in... rear only, or front and rear. It really is a useless screen on the standard t-case.

On the Sport - it can change from primarily FWD to RWD based on which GOAT mode you are in. Not sure the Big Bronco does that - just something interesting to note, and see how it reacts on turns and sand and stuff.

Not sure how accurate those bars are because when I crossed a ditch and had one front and one rear teetering it showed all 4 getting power but only the 2 without traction were spinning 😵💫

Not sure where physically those sensors are located at, but I don't think I've ever seen a difference between the left and right, so it may just be a torque sensor on the drive shaft and assuming it's split between the axles.

If that's the case, it kinda makes sense with a open diff - they were getting power, but the diff was eating it. And the axles do shared torque on an open diff - so it would be accurate. At least until you hit the locker.

Agreed. It’s basically the modern version of my 80’s Chevy S10 4x4 display that lit up everything ahead of the transfer case. So happy to see what 35 years of tech has brought us in that department 😂

Yeah I was just hoping that the display would show something different from open diff to locked but no
