I noticed the leak several weeks ago at 24k miles. No idea how long its been leaking but I was concerned enough to buy fluid and pumped a little into the t-case. Apparently a very slow leak or it had JUST started, only took maybe an ounce to overflow. I’m just going to monitor and fill until I can afford to be without it for a trip to the dealer. I think the right fluid was Mercon LV ATF for our transfer case

I dropped my '23 off at the dealer today to have this same issue repaired. I have had it one year next week. Thanks for the pics that helped me verify what I thought the issue was.

Anyone else put significant miles on after replacement? I'm over 38,000 miles now and have not had any further issues, thankfully.

Mine was replaced around 6k miles, I'm now at 37k, it has not leaked again. Just checked over the weekend.

Damerow Ford in Beaverton, Oregon is actually one of the better dealers in the area and I'm scheduled to have them look at it tomorrow. Thank you for your offer.

Ford Motor Company took care of me on a warranty issue; I would definitely reach out to them. The customer service was great and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

I’ll join this club.
46.6k miles and just noticed it tonight when I went to drain and change the T-Case fluid.
No need now, will get it fixed and then do it.

2022 OBX. Build Dec 2021. Just found a couple of drops of fluid on garage floor and after a Quick Look appears I have a leak as well. seems to be coming from bottom bolt.? Everything else looks clean.
