A thief would sooner steal the personal contents of the rig, or your catalytic converter than the tube doors that fit one vehicle and are only worth scrap.
We all had concerns about Fender Flare theft in the beginning - which mounted to nothing.
I’d suggest to leave them off, if you are worried about them getting stolen. You know your regularly visited areas better than we do.

They arent hard to install/uninstall but there is little to no resell value in them and steel/ aluminum scrap is worth basically nothing. Thieves want easy money, should be much more worried about someone stealing your cat that is worth actual money. Takes less time to steal the cat than tube doors too

I’ve got the other valuables covered. Just wondered if anyone on this forum found some locking fasteners or a way to dummy-cord the doors to the frame.
You may want to look into an interior facing dash cam with LTE connectivity so you know what’s going on when; at least where there’s coverage.
Doubt anyone would steal your tube doors, as others said, limited value. Plus, it would still take a team or some time to remove them which would be high risk, low reward. Most thieves want low risk, high reward.
The stats are in your favor is your valuables will be locked and out of sight.
