Does anyone know what ‘bad ordered’ means? Mine has left MAP and made it to Clearing IL but now when I call it says ‘bad ordered’ with no ETA. Could this mean it was damaged in shipping?

Bad order usually means the rail car needs some sort of repair.Does anyone know what ‘bad ordered’ means? Mine has left MAP and made it to Clearing IL but now when I call it says ‘bad ordered’ with no ETA. Could this mean it was damaged in shipping?
@scottfwalter is correct. My railcar went bad ordered right before it left MAP. It took 6 days for them to get it fixed and finally on its journey south.Does anyone know what ‘bad ordered’ means? Well that is a relief. I can handle a few extra days of waiting but I was terrified that status meant my Bronco had been damaged or something. Thank you.@scottfwalter is correct. Got a call this morning that it is at the dealership! Will be speaking with dealer a little later today to arrange delivery. Every stage of this has taken significantly longer than anticipated, but should have it in our hands shortlyAny new update on your rig?
Excellent! Good to hear you’ll be driving it home today! No more anxiety of waiting. Just plans of what mods to put and what adventures are planned ahead! I am in the same boat.... My Bronco was built on 10/12, shipped a month later. Ford has said it arrived at Blue Island 11/19 and has been there since. No other info available, and I'm pissed. I'm waiting for mine in MPLS, MN. How about you?Hopefully some one here has can provide some information or insight.
My bronco was built on 8/9 and was released to ship on 9/1, it finally shipped on 11/3 with and eta on 11/22-11/28. This delivery window has changed several times and is now 12/30-1/5. When I track the rail car it says it arrived in Blue Island IL/Argo IL on 11/26 and no eta is availble. I have called my dealer several times and he and his director say once it ships they have no control.
My bronco has sat on a rail car for a month just outside of Chicago and im just frustrated and nobody seems to have an answer as to why it is not moving.

My opinion is that the Estimated Delivery Dates mean nothing until you get a Rail Car Number. FMC will update it every couple of weeks until they finally get it right.Reading this thread has been helpful, as I don't feel like I'm the only one trying to figure out what's going on with my delivery.
I could use some input on my situation. Long story short, my Bronco was built 12/11, and the original delivery dates were bumped to 12/30-1/5, and Ford Chat has not had any rail car info the few times I've checked. I tried Ford Chat today and they said the last update they have was from 12/12, and delivery is now scheduled for 1/5, and as of 12/12 it was still at the MAP. I finally got ahold of my dealer regarding delivery, and they have the same info. They also said they will know once it actually leaves Michigan through their system. They also had some cute excuses as to why it's apparently been sitting there for almost three weeks waiting to be shipped.
My question is whether anyone has taken delivery without any rail car updates. I have zero confidence in Ford's current delivery estimate of next Thursday (IMO giving inaccurate estimates is so much worse than no estimate at all), but I'd like to hold out hope that it actually got shipped without updates to the dealer. Thanks.
