You guys are probably wanting me to get off the forums as I have another question. I was curious if the upper control arms have changed on the 2024 Broncos as a lot of aftermarket options show they are for 2021-23 year Broncos and that it doesn't fit 2024s. My second question is I currently have my tires rubbing a little at full lock in both directions on the UCAs with Hoss 3.0 suspension and a 2-inch collar lift, if I replace the UCAs would that stop the rubbing or is the main reason to replace them for alignment. UCAs I was looking at for a reference Rancho RS64510 Suspension Control Arm Kit | Rancho.

What size tires?
Stock suspension? Sasquatch?

That's your rubbing issue qualifying questions.

The JKS max clearance kit is most likely your answer.

BB without Sasquatch Package, with Hoss 3.0 takeoffs with Foutz 2" collar lift, 315/70/R17 General Grabber ATX tires on stock BB wheels. It only seems to rub on the Upper Control Arms.

New wheels. You probably want closer to 0 offset with maybe a slightly wider rim than the stock 7.5" but that's not necessary.

Anyone feel free to correct me.

If the tires are near worn out, I would just go with a smaller tire.

If they are actually rubbing the uca, wheel backspacing is the problem…bb= +55/sasquash = +35…you can add spacers or proper wheels…yes changing UCAs is to correct alignment and will do nothing about rubbing…

Ok, do you know if the 2024 UCAs are the same as the 2021-2023s?

2024 control arms are the same as 21-23. Vendors are often slow to update applications when new models come out, or confirming fitment.

I just got the tires and just put them on.
It seems as though most stock Bronco tire and wheel packages place the tire sidewall pretty close to the UCA. For instance, my 21 Badlands comes with an 11.5" wide tire, and they are very close to the UCA. Since I ordered the optional beadlock capable wheels, which I like and paid $900 for, they are not going anywhere. When the original 33's wear out, I am going with a 34' x 11.5" tire. Wider and taller than stock will always have an effect on something, for better or worse, and often both at the same time.

A +25 or +30 offset rim would solve your problem. The correct offset rim or proper size tire is the answer.

This. A 1” or so spacer will work in a pinch with your existing rim but the correct answer is a rim with the correct offset from the jump
