If you've never done something like this before, how easy is it to install? And I've seen rumblings of the transmission not able to support that much more torque - any of that accurate?

Going to break some transmissions going over torque specs. Which would probably void your warranty. Be careful who you listen to they might lead you down a rabbit hole

It’s a plug and play, however you’re correct this application will be the torque like 90 foot pounds over spec so there’s a good chance you’ll break the transmission in void your warranty. It’s actually Ford motor company‘s fault by installing the 10R60 10 speed transmission instead of the 10R80 transmission which can handle much more torque.

Yeah it’ll go vroom vroom we’re good for a while, then one day it’ll just squat and drop

Can I use this tuner to increase the HP AND a pedal commander/sprint booster to remove the lag? or does the tuner remove the delay already with the remap?

We'll see about that...meaning, you have no idea whether it is going to "break some transmissions". We shall see about that, regardless of specs. Maybe the specs are very conservative. Either way, it's good that someone is building a tune early to push the limits and see what it can handle.

That said....if is did break the tranny, once removed Ford would have no idea that it was ever installed. The warranty is not really an issue unless you drive it in for service with it installed.
