I agree. $5 for 25 at Amazon.I can't imagine that would bother me at all. If it does, some rubber plugs in the holes would make them disappear.

More BL time for you lolI'm hoping Rock Slide engineering makes some power step sliders. My wife is short and BL doesn't have steps.
Hey thats the marked up photo I tookI saw this picture of the side steps in another thread. I don't think the metal lip with holes above the steps is a good look. Will the rock rails hide it? If so I'll consider changing from steps to rails.
That would be be good enough for me if it's an issue. Steps are back. Lol. Thanks.Somehow I don't see Ford leaving this as it is on the PRE-Production vehicles but there are several easy fixes for it .

I'm with you on this. I want steps, but BL seems to have rails only and the steps are meh. Aftermarket should have some nice options shortly after release.I need steps on mine vs rock rails but I hate what Ford is showing. I plan on going with N-fab or similar for some better looking steps.
same. 5-3ā wife and getting the BL.I'm hoping Rock Slide engineering makes some power step sliders. My wife is short and BL doesn't have steps.
A good set of running boards will hid them as well, RealTrucks.com has a good selection for you to look at if you're looking for ones that cover that up. I ran ICI Magnums on my F350 and they cover the holes up.I saw this picture of the side steps in another thread. I don't think the metal lip with holes above the steps is a good look. Cgi pics not as good as real thingThe rock rails donāt really cover the pinch seam either but maybe a bit more than the steps do. Hopefully a āpreproductionā issue.
