I just bought a MORRFlate TenSix and just got a chance to use it last weekend. Everything set up, aired up from 20-37psi and packed back up in 11 mins! It used to take me 15 mins PER WHEEL with my cheap compressor. Highly recommend it, very easy to use and a huge quality of life improvement.

I am running this: https://morrflate.com/shop/air-sour...fivesix-portable-12v-off-road-air-compressor/

With this: https://morrflate.com/shop/morrflate-multi-tire-air-kits/morrflate-duo-2-tire-air-kit/

I went with the smaller compressor so I can use it with my motorcycle tires as well, and the two hose kit because I didn't want the rats nest of coiling up four hoses. Not as fast as the big boy you have, but way better than doing one tire at a time, cheaper than on-board air, and you don't need to carry the weight when you don't need it.

Soooo much better than 1 tire at a time. Airing down is nice too. I can just sit back and let it deflate. I will say, yes the hoses are a little annoying to work with. First time ever using it, but I did not get them to coil up as nice as I received them. As long as it fits in its bag, I'll be fine with it. Everything else is amazing. Glad you are enjoying yours too!

I have the Ford Performance portable ARB single compressor. Got it for free with Ford points. Will probably remove it from the portable box and mount it to the bronco someplace someday.
how is the inflate time per tire with that?

After studying all of the available choices, I chose the Smittybilt 2781. The photos below show my setup and what it looks like in action. It takes me three minutes to drop my tire pressure from 39 to 20 with the hose system that I built. The pump gets all four tires back up to 39 psi in ten minutes. These are the 35 inch Sasquatch tires, so it should be faster with smaller tires.

I've seen all kinds of claims with various pump systems, but few actually list how long it takes to inflate all four tires. I've done mine a couple of dozen times and I time it right at ten minutes every time. The pump was around $150 and the hoses also around $150, so I have right around $300 invested. And it all fits in a small corner behind the rear seat in my 2-door.

I have not used it on a single tire. I built my own moreflate setup.

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...or-setup-4-tire-air-up-air-down-system.31208/

From about 17-18psi to 35psi on all 4 it takes about 10min. Went offroading at williams peak in CO with two buddies that rented some Side by Sides. It was inflated by the time they got the side by sides loaded up and we all headed out at the same time. Weather was coming in and were motivated to GTFO. I have also used it in/around webster pass and at a spot in southern MO. I would say it is a little faster in lower alt due to thicker/more air to start with.

The single does get HOT, it has never hit shut off temps. A twin would be nice but for free I am not complaining.

What air compressors do you all use out there to inflate/deflate tires?
One of the most popular setups we see is our KR Off-Road Mouning System used with an ARB Compressor Under the hood. It's the fastest and most elegant system out there.

About a month ago we also started offering this setup with the UDA Compressor. It costs less then the ARB but is just as fast.

If you really want a compressor that's always available and FAST those are the two i'd recommend.

For portable compressors, we sell 3 options

1) ViAIR: These have always been very popular and reasonably priced. I've had my own 17-18 years now.

2) ARB: They are built to last. We have them available as a single or twin compressor in a complete carrying case.

3) UDA: Just like I mentioned above, we picked them up a month ago and the portable compressor we sell is not only one of the least expensive portable compressors it's also the fastest portable compressor we sell (after the ARB Twin). but for under $200.

https://www.4x4truckleds.com/air-compressors/

Honestly if price is a factor, go with the UDA Portable: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/uda-egoi-portable-air-compressor-system-5-6cfm/ as it's only $159.99

If you want the best quality on board system go with the KR Off-Road Kit w/ARB Twin: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/kr-off-road-air-compressor-engine-bay-kit-for-2021-ford-bronco/ or like I said, if you want to save a little cash, get the KR Off-Road Kit with UDA Compressor.

Other popular options are the MORRFlate multi-tire inflation systems: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/morrflate-quad-4-tires-up-to-125-wheelbase-1/ as they let you air up all 4 tires at once and it equalizes the pressure.

Another popular option for airing down are the Staun Tire Deflators: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/staun-tire-deflator-4-pack-standard-duty-6-30-psi/ which are made in Australia and are the best tire deflators money can buy. Pre-set to 18 PSI but you can adjust them from 6-30. Screw them on, they stop on their own.
