Watched Corvette owners on YouTube changing their stitching using fabric marker. Tested colors…found that the Blue Marvy Fabric marker turned the orange to gray. It’s tedious but it worked. Also saw a post on this site where someone used a fabric marker to turn their stitching to green.
is there a product number on the marker?

Installed the Rough Country High Winch Mount on my Capable Steel Bumper. Fit like a glove and all the sensors work perfectly. Also installed the JCR Camera Relocation Kit.

Just another solution for anyone who wants to add a winch but doesn’t want to spring for another bumper yet.
I really want to do this -- Can you tell me what you needed to change or cut --- more pictures would be helpful too -- Thank you

everything bolts up just like the instructions show with the kit. The only thing you do differently is in cutting the plastic covers. It’s actually easier on the capable steel bumper. You just cut the inside wing off at the joint just like this.

Outside of that just follow the instructions for the other bumper (and make sure you have two people to help hold the mount and winch in place when you thread the bolts to the bumper. I threw out my back holding it my while one of my daughters threaded the bolts for me. Should have used the shop hoist. 🤦‍♂️

Not nearly as hard as I thought it would be. @BroncoSarge has a good thread on that. I just had to buy the battery cable, ends and crimper but it was pretty easy once I got those cables threaded. 4 ga wire is what’s on the winch already. You don’t need full blown 2 ga battery cables.

Picked it up yesterday, took the side steps off, switched to a stubby antenna, and did the license plate relocation (dang virginia). Waiting on wheels, tires, leveling kit

VA license plate laws suck. If you end up taking it off a lot the sto-n-sho is a good alternative. easy to take off for off roading, car wash, whatever and throw back on when you hit the road.

Love the white lettering. Link to the bull bar in front please? Looks a bit more stable with 4 points of contact. Thanks.

The instructions are def lacking! @mattymik may be able to help you out…I installed the ‘light rope’ version and it only comes w/ 1 red wire & 1 black wire, so they only function as running lights (no turn signal / hazard light functionality).
Thank you! Messaged him.

Thx Cat. I am saving all original parts: badlands fender badges, orange assist handles, a/c vents and orange door pockets along with all the swag from Ford while we waited to get our Bronco. *Got the a/c vents through parts department at dealer.
Have to replace the whole vent assembly to change the tab color? Figures…how much is a set, how do you get a parts person to find the color you want and how easy are they to swap out? Thanks for your time!

There are some folks out there swapping the tabs but I wanted to keep my original parts. So yes unfortunately had to order whole louvre assembly. They were $40 a piece x 4. I just called the local dealer and explained what I was looking for and he gave me part #s.

Super easy to pop vents out and swap using a trim tool. I saw it on YouTube. Here’s the link.
