Where are the aftermarket parts?

No one likes warehousing. With so few Broncos, not many manufacturers want to build, then hold all of that gear and not have any customers to sell to.

I think next Spring is when you’ll start to see more Bronco gear and accessories. For the companies not in the cool kids club and able to get hands on a pre-pro model, they haven’t even gotten hands on one to model dimensions to start cranking out stuff.

Suspension makers particularly are a little hamstrung, but next year should open things up a bit.

That’s my take on things.

Trust me, I get it! The rollout has been mediocre at best is what I’m saying. Parts and the actual vehicle should be readily available a year after announcing.

Cause the rest of the aftermarket hasn't had sufficient access to the vehicles to prototype things, let alone get production spun up.

I'm gonna go way out on a limb here, but I think the aftermarket is waiting for there to BE a market first.

This post is not me wanting to sound like I take for granted that I have my Bronco. I hate that so many people are waiting, and getting frustrated! I’ve just never owned a vehicle where I can’t get anything for it. Especially the basics… for instance how are there no tube doors available? My dealer told me even door storage bags are on back order!! There is one company with bumpers available and the prices are outrageous! Sorry *#P! When you can get a bumper for $300 for a Jeep and yours are a $1000.. Not buying it! For a vehicle that is touted as accessory driven, there are no accessories available! Just unbelievable! I’m venting out loud here, but when the Bronco was postponed for so long and still having so many delays, I feel there was plenty of time to get this right preproduction and post! Again, I apologize, not trying to sound ungrateful or insensitive just speaking my thoughts out loud… I’ll just shut up and let the comments flow

Only time will allow the aftermarket part prices to come down. Needs to get to a "commodity" situation (and not the Ford type).

I can't imagine there is currently much incentive for the aftermarket parts manufactures to make parts for a vehicle that only a handful of people own.

I spoke with an off road mod shop today and he mentioned that they did not have the standard measuring sessions that would have normally happened. His thought that between 90 and 120 days we would start seeing a lot more AM offerings.

By the way, tube doors and no doors are a daily observan e donw here in Georgia. I am sure it will vary by locations. I want some sweet tube doors when mine arrives. Probably sometime next year.
