I also have a 08 Rubicon rock crawler and installed Ridgid light bar years ago. I also got the high pitch whistle from the cooling fins on back, if you put approx 1” wide strip of black duct tape and run vertical along fins noise will be gone.

KC Pro6 50”. Slight wind noise above 80, doable. Didn’t purchase a Bronco for speed or fuel mileage

How are y'all powering the light bars?
AUX-1 switch has a max of 30A, but the wiring from the front roof location is pretty thin, and I'm not sure it's enough to handle the draw.
Has anyone experienced any issues?
The wire to the front roof location is the same size as the wire feeding power to the relay controlled by switch #1 which is fused for 30A. All six wires that run from the engine compartment to various locations around your Bronco are the same size and can carry 30A. It's in the owner's manual, page 456.

I'm getting a TrailRax roof rack. They offer a wind deflector has a cutout for the Heretic light bar. So I'll probably go with the Heretic bar unless I find another one that's exactly the same size. It's well built and won't protrude above my rack. Go to their site for the details.

Best roof rack for the Bronco so far.
I put a 40" North Lights dual row light bar and it fit just fine.
Also got rid of the wind noise from the light bar.

After putting the RTT on and averaging 9 mph on flat highways, I'm going to need to pull a loan for the cost of gas to get to Utah and back, so maybe when interest rates go down :ROFLMAO:

no kidding lol! Weird you are getting that bad of mpgs. We get 16-17 full loaded with gear and tent. we also run 91 and keep up very well on maintenance on it. Our Bronco should be getting the performance tune as well.

At stock I was averaging 15.7 mpg, so it might be a difference in how we drive... I'm glad I got quick connect tent mounts so that I can take the RTT off when I'm not using it... theoretically.
I should also note that I have a 2 door with a 16 gal tank so I'm filling up every 150 miles!

I'm using my Sirius 40" double row LED bar that I've had on my Jeep for years. I mounted it using the Quake LED mounting points and it's a perfect fit. There's quite a bit of whistling noise from the wind, so I just ordered the ZRoadz wind diffuser as well.

A Ford Hood Deflector will also help with the road noise.

Selling a new in box Heretic 40" LED light bar from Trailrax, if you're interested. I bought it from Trailrax but never ended up installing.
