A few questions:

1: What is the weight of the bumper?
2: What standard color is the BAMF logo on the front? The website shows orange but another photo above shows black.
3: Are the bumpers pre-drilled for fog lights in a particular pattern/spacing to fit a specific light?
4: These wouldn't have a problem installing on a 2.7L Sasquatch Badlands?

That's not the only problem I encountered though.

With the 2 middle bolts in and not tightened there is no way to get the outers in. Holes are way off.
At least they are equally off 🤷‍♂️😄
That is installed backwards . Turn it around the other way the holes are offset on the frame. They should line right up once turned around to the correct orientation.

And this faces towards exhaust?

Edit: If I try to install it the opposite way I did before the holes for actual receiver don't line up with a standard ball hitch.

How I originally had it on truck works though.

There is an installed picture on this thread: Bamf hitch install issues? | Bronco6G - 2021+ Ford Bronco & Bronco Raptor Forum, News, Blog & Owners Community

I've got one still in the box that I'll install next week. Sounds like it might be fun.

If you install it that way it's basically pointless as none of the 3 hitches I tried will line up with the pre-drilled holes on the receiver.
But they all work on both my Duramax and 4runner.
I haven't even opened my box yet. I plan on using it for a cargo carrier short term but will hopefully be getting a high clearance bumper with it integrated into the bumper. I'll install next week sometime. Hope I have better luck with mine.

@kodiakisland I hope it works out for you as well.
Bike rack and recovery point were 2 main reasons I got it.

Now that's not right! The hitch pin holes should be other way. I can see why you would try to install it the other way after installing putting a hitch in the receiver.

We have been using that receiver plate for a few years in our rear bumpers and that is the opposite orientation then our bumpers. Not allowing the pin to reach unless its a 8.5" HD hitch or longer "I just confirmed" on one of our bumpers. That's a design flaw on my end the lower plate should be flipped bringing the hole closer to the back.

We want them to be usable even with the light weight short shank class 2 hitches and bike racks so I'll be replacing all the hitches that were shipped out next week.

Thankfully only a few dozen have been shipped and you are the only person that's actually tried a standard length shank in the receiver so far. We have hundreds ready to assemble so getting replacements out with the pin hole in the correct location next week will be simple.

The hitch you have now will work with extended 8.5" or larger hitches. it's yours to do what you please as you will be receiving a complete replacement.
Find a buddy to sell/give it to that's willing to drill a new hole or buy an extended hitch and they can use it. It's still a perfectly usable hitch they just need a longer shank to reach the pin hole.

A few questions:
1: What is the weight of the bumper? All in about 95lbs
2: What standard color is the BAMF logo on the front? Standard is black
3: Are the bumpers pre-drilled for fog lights in a particular pattern/spacing to fit a specific light? Our fog light mounts are slots. you can pretty much mount any fog in that location that has a 3/8th or smaller mounting stud. And slide them from side to side to locate them where you want.
4: These wouldn't have a problem installing on a 2.7L Sasquatch Badlands? Not at all, we haven't seen any trim issues with the bumpers.
