Who switched from MY21, to MY22 and back to MY21?

Yeah, that's me... 2 door Badlands with Mod top. I was willing to wait... Till January or March... But not 2023!!
Had my dealer refresh my order to P-code 10 and added MIC top.

Thoughts... Obviously week 1 reservation dates will STILL take precedent when added for scheduling?

Will 2 doors get mic top priority going forward, seeing as ford is doing a 4 door prep kit and filling dealer stock with softies?

I'm hemming and hawing. I kind of want to wait for the mansquatch and green. But both of those are up in the air whether I actually want them.

The big reason is, I set up a financial plan that would allow me to have a pretty large down payment by the time my build got picked. I can afford it now if I switch but the monthly payment will obviously be higher.

2-door Outer Banks. I un-priority 99ed my order on Monday and had the confirmation email from from Ford minutes later. (priority 17 now)
7/14 6:30am Eastern reservation.

Then in March, I opted to wait till 22 for the MOD top, so my dealer 99’ed me. Last week, I told my dealer to switch me to the MIC top and un-99 me. They sent me a new build sheet/preview order to confirm this, but should I have received another confirmation email from Ford? This is the part I’m concerned about because I’m seeing other members, like @Beachin 74, say they’ve received a confirmation email from Ford after being un-99’ed.

I received a build sheet from [email protected], but not a new YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED email from [email protected]-ford.com.

(EDIT) : Note - I also switched from PC 10 to 99 in early may, and then back to PC 10 Friday. Maybe it has something to do with that ...

Monday when I made the switch, that was the first time a buildable order was submitted for me. Maybe that was the difference. I went straight to 99 when I converted my reservation on 2/17/21.

OH, maybe....
I was code 10 initially, then switched to 99 when the mod top was switched from late availability to MY22... then back to 10.

I'm still debating what to do, I'm an early second day reservation and I'm still fine with getting a '22 being this late in the model year but waiting until '23 for a white top is asking a bit much. Think I'm going to wait until Sept and see what the new options for '22 are and make my decision then to wait, order, or find something else. I'm not in need of a new car, this purchase was always a want but I did sell off my car that I liked last summer and have been driving my then third vehicle as a daily.

I don't know what will get priority but you should be able to jump back relatively in line and take your chances, good luck.

I'm still on the fence as well. Have 2Dr OBX ordered. I wanted mod top for color/removable windows and not having various shades of black/gray between everything. Thought VB with gloss grille/top would look good with body color fender flares. Since I've waited this long and my dealer is getting a demo build shortly I figured I'd wait a little longer to see an actual vehicle. Then make a decision to still continue to wait for a MY22 to see those options or change my order right away.
