Noticed that windows don't seat when you close them on highway. Is this normal?

It's definitely not "normal," but you're not the first to experience that. You might want to try a window reset. If I remember correctly, you roll the window down and continue to hold the button for about 5 seconds. Then roll it up and continue to hold the button for 5 seconds. This helps the DCU "relearn" the proper positioning of the window.

I do this weekly, at least once....

Good afternoon. Would you please send over a private message with your VIN and dealer info so I can look into this window concern on my end?

I had the TSB performed last year for the window rattle / severe wind noise. Now i have to reset weekly. Service manager at the dealership told me to hang tight Ford just informed him they are working on a new TSB. We will see…..

Similar post on the TSB that should be out soon

My driver's side window honestly sounds like it's going to break every time I drive with it down slightly or half open, etc. It SLAMS into the sides. My dealership says it's "within tolerance" and just sends me off.

I'm trying to follow but is there a TSB out for that issue, or am I misunderstanding?
