I’m looking for some more input on X plan. Does Ford actually eat the entire difference from X plan to msrp? My Bronco should be in next week, but Im not close to the 90 day requirement for Mustang Club members. I’ve read that Ford reimburses $500 over X plan.
I would hate to walk from my Bronco. But, I could reorder since it seems Ford is basically caught up with production.
Thanks!
I don't know that the discount is that large so I would just get your order. I could be wrong on that though.

Thanks guys, keep it coming!
The dealer gave me the numbers… difference is $2122 + a few hundred in capped doc fees.

Easiest route.
Find a partners list and look for your employers.
There are probably thousands listed.

I believe X plan is strictly limited to immediate household, your brother would be a stretch ... if Snap-on even qualifies.

A-plan (Ford Corporate employee - not dealers) can extend to brothers, sisters & inlaws etc etc.

So, I found out EAA membership is on the list.

I texted my salesman today to see if the dealership would honor the x-plan on my already placed order.

The response was yes, so I generated my PIN and have it ready to go For when my Everglades comes in.

Good to know…. Just generated an x-plan pin through the EAA website.

Has anyone tried to use the X-plan without fulfilling your 90 day wait yet? Wondering if it’s worth purchasing the Mustang club. Delivery for me should be mid Feb.

The dealer told me the X-Plan on a Bronco is $391.11 plus the
$698 - taxable dealer fees ($499 dealer documentation fee and $199 dealer VinEtch)
and of course, taxes and title.

X-Plan pricing is based upon invoice, so it is not a set figure for every Bronco, if they are telling you it's a set amount on every Bronco they are lying. If you can provide a pin the dealer should be showing you the Ford invoice pricing which lists X-Plan price. I think I saved about $1200 on my Badlands.

X-plan limits dealers to a $100 Doc fee, so it would save you $399 on dealer fees alone. IMO the VIN etch is a rip-off- It's all dealer profit.

It sounds like your dealer is not being honest.

Seems they are using MSRP.

Here is the window sticker. What site is best to find Invoice.

If Edmunds is correct the invoice based in that VIN and listed options is $43,748 and reading the pin info max doc fee is $300.

I agree that dealer add ons are a joke. I worked at a dealership in parts and there were some shady things back in the day, like sending me to the bone yard that dealt in late model wrecks to get things like headlamp doors for the shop and they charged new prices.

If you are eligible for X-plan and the dealer is participating they are required to show you the plan price from Ford which will show the invoice price in addition to the X-plan price.

If they are participating, doc fees are limited to $100.

The X plan is over rated--since I have never been able to save any money using it since my dealer usually quotes me at invoice (including my 24 everglades) so if your vehicle is MSRP less than $68,750 and your dealer quotes you at invoice when you add the $275 program fee you will be paying more than just working the deal with the dealer-- providing your dealer does not charge a DOC fee or that fee is low. Best bet it get both quotes and go with the one that is the best.
