Up On a Lift: Undercarriage Looks at Base vs Wildtrak Bronco

I got under my Bronco and also a Wildtrak. Also I talked with sales rep at Village Ford about his experience at Bronco Off Roadeo.




Also, I got enough footage at Village Ford to produce a few more videos. I will be a big backlogged as I am also going to the Dream Cruise tomorrow (After I do the Cruise in Shoes 5K).

What is that behind the front bash plates on the WT?

Nice video. The carwash made me cringe.

This WT does have metal mod bumper and metal front bash plate but this WT does not have full bash plates.

Kind of odd, the base had metal protection on the gas tank while the WT had no metal protection on the gas tank. Can you option full bash plates on a base? I don’t know.

Uhhh did that dealer just put a soft top through a car wash? The manual specifically says not to.

Great catch ! Wow, never seen that before.

At about 9:45 that is not a sway bar. Its a track bar.

8:45 in is where undercarriage footage starts

9:30 mark is most definitely not a swaybar

I wish I had known what was in the video beforehand. I would have shot a reaction video of myself when your AMB Bronco was going through that dirty ass automatic carwash. Would have gotten at least 1,000,000 views on YouTube

I like the part about "retiring the pre-production units [Broncos] to the ranch for the remainder of their life." That was kind of funny how he walked himself into that.

All 2 doors get a gas tank skid plate regardless of trim or options.

4 doors only get one there if the full skid plates are optioned or come on the trim.

A base, 2dr or 4, cannot be optioned with the full skid plate set. Only the front steel plate is an option.
