So another off subject question. My wife doesn't know what to look for and when I spoke to my salesman today he said it should be there... the hard top prep kit.. does it come pre installed or does it come in a box or something. I'm not home to look for myself and won't be until march.

Really struggling here... CSX is telling me no status available every time I called today for the 349th time. Call UP and neither the voice recognition or entering the number can recognize the trace.
In a black hole of no updates and its driving me nuts...
SEND HELP!!!!
But seriously, who can help me get through the stupid UP trace feature? Much appreciated!

Ours may have been transferred to BNSF, which as far as I can tell, doesn't have a separate way of tracking it like UP. I found this post in the 1/24 build week thread from someone who was in a similar situation previously, and it took a few days for CSX to have an update.

Rail tracking is a whole sub culture within this process.
CSX "should" have all of the information you need up to the final destination railyard.
Updates are strange. Some days they are hourly, some days they take a week.

Learn to use the automated process and it will help you a bit.
Also learn to understand McDonalds Drive-Thru language, it will help trying to figure our what the system is saying.

If you message me your info I can try to get the info from UP for you. It has been working for me. CSX does not.

Today's scheduled project is getting the RPG Shock Collars installed at 4W Parts.
This is a bit more of a project that I have time or tools at my disposal to do.
All 4 shocks have to be removed the the perch collars added.
Front 2.25 Rear 1.25
The purpose of this project is to level the front to the same height as the rear and lift both about 1" in total. They will have to do a wheel alignment as well.
I should have it back by the end of the day today.
We shall see.

I just installed the Ford accessory floor mats yesterday. I am very happy with them. I know Husky or Weather tech are a bit thicker but my floors are rubber/plastic anyways so went with the branding.
