How did you run your wiring? You have any video or pictures on how you did it? Thanks.
Just realized I never replied to this.

I didn't take any pictures of my install, but I just used the factory accessory wiring for aux switch #1 just like they show in this video:

For those using the 50” KCs……..how are you hiding the wiring from the lights to the aux wires under the hood? Thanks!!!

Can’t speak for everyone but that’s how I did it and it was quick and easy and everything was hidden nicely. Unless someone has another way of doing it I’d recommend following that.

Ford Bronco Which 40 or 50 inch light bars are you planning or using? IR9DrTA

Built my own back when I had a Jeep. Looking forward to roof racks so that I can mount the Ikamper and it will look a bit more balanced but as is its pretty fucking metal. 55k lumens from this "bar"

5 LP9 Pros attached to a KC bar that attaches to the bronco with some Baja mounts that I drilled one step bigger to fit the KC bar screws.

2 driving combo
2 spot
1 racer

drive-spot-race-spot-drive setup

harness built first wire 2 lights together on each edge and leave the middle alone. that leaves 3 14G wires for positive and negative.

Daisy chain the backlight with 16-18G wire as its no power pull.

splice the 3 14G into a single 10G for both positive and negative

Run the 2 10G wires and the 16-18G down through the hole and into cab then out the plug in firewall driver side. You can ground the negative up on the roll bar or inside the engine bay up to you. Run the positive 10G to a 70A relay, connect the relay switch to a factory switch wire and ground the relay in engine bay then run another 10G from relay with a fuse to the batt.

They have invented hardware that fits on light bars for stopping the Whistling

Received my Bay Area Metal Fabrication mounts today for my 50" KC light bar. BAMF's work is top notch. Powder coating is spot on. These brackets will blend right in. Very well designed. Hopefully get the Bronco next month, build still scheduled for week of 1/3/22.

I’m looking into this mounting option but with the factory roof rails? Might have to “notch” the plastic foot on the roof rail to fit over the BAMF bracket?

I was looking at the Baja desighns xl linkable light bar but it’s so expensive dive at 2000 plus is there any way to run this setup or any setup that mounts to the roof were the wire is not ran on the outside of the windshield I think that looks like shit

Hey, I installed a 40" curved light bar with the diffuser after the fact. Definitely install when the light bar is still on the workbench. At 1st. i installed the bar and added two (full length) door edge guard to the lower heat sink fins. That took care of the whistle. Then i ordered the diffuser and installed it with 3M dbl. sided tape. Works great! Took above 90% of the wind noise. No issues with the 3M since the install vs using rivets.

I just put up the Maxlider 40” Visionx bar. This post is a little premature because I still have work to do in landing the other power modules for backlighting and other controls.
Part of what I need to play with more is the adjustment on the lights, because for now it’s noisy to the point of noticeable at 25 mph to loud at 50 and above.

You have pictures with the diffuser?

Here you go. IMO.... the 40" diffuser is a little short. They started with a 40" (before) they bend it. The instructions say to center and evenly space it. See pics

Note: you cant see it from the front head on.
