Close, but they’re more awkward with the window frame. I think the weight will be comparable and less awkward. Those are some pretty thick doors
I only have a Wrangler TJ to compare with. Are the JK/JL doors that thick?
Agee.I know this has been stated several times, but these pictures just prove it more and more. Give me the exact damn 4 door, Cactus Grey, White handled, light colored interior, white top, black rimmed, red accent version as the FE. There is no reason this should not be an options on that trim.
Are you joking?No
JK
They are aluminum, fairly lightI had a wrangler and getting the doors on was my down fall. These doors look few hairs longer. I don’t think my arm span is that wide!! See a hydraulic cart in my future to hold the doors for lifting off and on! Cause I’ll be damned my first dent or scar be a dropped door!! ??
Wouldn't you use the door frame to push up and hold the door with? Seems like with the frame-less doors, you have to bear hug those sobs.Close, but they’re more awkward with the window frame. I think the weight will be comparable and less awkward.
there are straps so I have seen in some explanationsWouldn't you use the door frame to push up and hold the door with? Seems like with the frame-less doors, you have to bear hug those sobs.
Definitely not! These might be a little heavier than JL doors, which are also aluminum - so a little more cumbersome to deal with (just based on looks - who knows for sure) - but when you're all buttoned up I think it will feel more solid. The Jeep doors have window frames though, so in some ways the Bronco doors are "smaller" when off. Those are some pretty thick doors

There is no reason not to offer a white top!Ford is holding an Employee Roundup event where select employees get some time checking out the Bronco and Bronco Sport. Here's some looks from the event which kicked off yesterday.
