I’m holding out hope that maybe mine will flip over to built today, but glad some of y’all are getting out of this limbo

General Update: I received an email from Ford this morning stating that it had been built and that, instead of it shipping out in the date range, it should be arriving to the dealer from 10/10 - 10/16.Chatted. Apparently the BD is sitting on Ramp 4G awaiting shipment, whatever that means. They said it should leave the ramp between 10/10 and 10/16. No ETA on arrival.
Odd that it will sit waiting for a train for two more weeks...
Where is mine Dammit!!!I finally received my assembly line photo
probably the same reason why 2021 and 2022 models were built before us 2020sAlso why is my 9/12 build on chip hold while 9/26 builds like mine getting build. If they received the chips shouldn’t they put it in mine first since it’s waiting?
A RangerWife’s Wildtrak HOSS 3.0 & High Pkg 9/12/22 build week.
Early Res. Pushed. Pushed. Pushed. You know the deal.
Just got her build photo. (What’s that behind it?)
It's a computed average of all of the other submitted VINs previously in that status. In my case it was about four days long. Now that we should be in "awaiting shipment" status, it says 6 days + 9 hours. Let's see if Ford can bring that average down.Is the estimated “time in status” on the tracker legit? It was actually pretty right on for production time, but I didn’t think it was anything to pay attention to from what I have read in our threads.
Did you find that out via chat or an email?Mine was built on 9/21, now it's on "chip hold"...
I work at a Ford dealership, got if from Ford website..Did you find that out via chat or an email?
My order got converted to build over night. silent700, looks like both of our vehicles might be coming on same truck since you are in the north suburbs of Chicago and I am on the south suburbs. Now the next challenge will be to get the vehicle without any additional markups. The new car manager is my friends friend. That's how I got referred to this dealer. But it means nothing if the dealer insists on markup. Met one of the owners in March he shook my hand and claimed MSRP only but they still would not give me a signed sales order, just that DORA build sheet. I will not pay over MSRP. I work for a major car dealership myself and very soon the car market is going to fall due to recession. So paying anything over MSRP is going to be a huge loss in investment.
