sweet build man and I find it pretty hilarious you said it was pretty straight forward doing it all! Jesus that looks like an insanely difficult job! lol

i love how you routed the whole arb system. im looking to do something just like that. what hoses or parts did you use to do all 4 corners bc I assume the compressor doesnt come with them. and what kind of those short air hoses are those? and did you buy that length or make to the size you needed? thanks!

@350vudu  Bloody Hell, that is a very impressive build. What you did with the ARB alone......super impressive. The pressure control system is indeed wonderful. I finally got mines to work, and it was worth the trouble. Lol maybe I should live near you.

Heh, some guys and gals in our Bronco group would love to meet you go out. They are our overlanders.

Congratulations again on an incredible build. I know you're going to enjoy it.

Haha yea it was pretty easy to get it all wired up for the dual battery and air system. The hardest part was just finding ways to route everything neatly and hidden away.

The couplers, fittings and braided lines were from ARB. The polyurethane hose I bought 100 feet from a local supply company. The green smaller whips are flexzilla hose with flexzilla fittings. They don’t sell the small 4 foot sizes I used for the whips so I had to make them myself. Not very hard either, flexzilla sells screw on fittings that seal airtight once you cut the hose to length. There’s a lot of videos on YouTube showing how it’s done.

Do you need a crane to move those ROAM boxes off? I really struggled getting the ones I had just on top of a TrailRax.

Very nice build. My buddies "accuse" me of an overland build as well. I still mob it pretty hard at Glamis and Ocotillo, RTR or not...

I'm curious what drove your significant investment in the power system? Microwave, hairdryer, espresso machine? Other than my fridge and phone, I don't need much power when camping/overlanding and those both run fine overnight on the factory battery. When/if they no longer do, I'll likely just get a 60 Ah antigravity Lithium starter/undehood battery, replacing the factory one.

Nah it’s pretty easy. I climb up on the sidesteps and unlock them then shimmy it off. I’m 6’2 so that might help some lol

When we go camping, the battery system powers our fridge, charges our phones, my camera equipment (drone, dslr, GoPros), light ranger camp light and the battery operated rack shower. I sized it large enough so that it will last a long time between charges. It’s currently a 72ah system. Right now I can go about 5-6 days before having to charge it from starting the car. I also ran all the wiring for a solar hookup, so once I decide on a solar panel, I just need to plug it in and can prob have it power everything indefinitely.

I have to admit… I saw this thread and thought you were putting a 5.2 VooDoo into a gen 6 Bronco based on the the thread title. I was really curious as to how it was going to fit.
I was hoping to see that build.
A Bronco with a Ford Philharmonic 32 valve Flat-Planed Orchestra with Chewbacca gargling on lead vocals would be one Hell of a build.

The ROAM 270 awning was a gift from the wife
Unbelievable build, and unbelievable line 👆. After buying and installing all those item$, your wife didn't give you crap about it, but BOUGHT you an awning to complete the overland build. Nice work my friend.

Also, I debated buying that rinsekit shower (I have a sprinter van too), and regret passing on it (I mean, I can still buy it, iirc it was on a great sale at costco).
