Died Saturday back in the woods. Got pulled out with a strap, had friend come with trailer. Took to dealer Monday, diagnosed it was fuel pump module driver. Got it in today, changed it, ran for 3 minutes, died, fuel pump module is fried again. 2 months old, 2200 miles.

That sucks. Help me out, is this part of the fuel pump assembly or a separate control module?
If separate where is it located?

Dang sorry to hear and hopefully you figure it out soon! I feel like I keep coming across threads with brand new 2025s having issues not sure what the deal is

Basically right above the rear axle/fuel tank area

This is horrible. I am not clear on something you wrote. "Got it, changed it". Who? You, or the dealer? This thing should be nicely parked at the dealer (you driving a loaner Bronco in the meantime) and let them figure it out. If not fixed in any reasonable time frame (whatever YOU deem to be reasonable), they would have to give me another one. I'd go to the top if I have to (have means and knowhow).

Sounds like a wiring issue causing it to short out? Did they inspect the entire harness?

It is at dealer. They changed it. I took it there in my trailer on Monday. That is how I got home Saturday so I left it on the trailer. Diagnosed it Monday afternoon. Said waiting on parts on Tuesday until I told them dealer 15 mins away had one. Got it yesterday, they send me text installed it ran for 3minutes, died, module shorted. Starting this morning diagnosing again. Anyone have a wiring schematic of this system. I do not have a loaner. Will need one next week though.

At what point do lemon laws require them to take it back?

So basically it was more than likely the fuel pump the whole time and their parts cannon just missed the first time 🤣
I changed one a few weeks ago on a 24 with only like 4700 miles.
