Waiting a couple more months is no big deal to me. I'd would prefer to wait a few more months for my Bronco than have them rush to production, only to have problems with the vehicle. Covid has hit most businesses with slow downs, welcome to the new world. Suck it up and be happy your not dying from the damm disease.

I guess the 2 referenced in the article is technically "some".

Iā€™m as impatient as a 3 year old in a candy store but for the bronco I will wait. Nothing out there excites me. And Iā€™m gettin too damn old to settle and have regrets...

Yes, two whole people who read their stuff complained. Really if you waited 'years' as some claim, does a month or three really push you off? Seems odd. They do know they don't have to run out and get another 'new' car if their current one is falling apart, right? People know they can pick something super cheap up to get them through a few months then trade it on the Bronco, right?

I'm in no great hurry either, but "time" is not a panacea. Leaving the monkey in front of the typewriter a few more days doesn't improve the odds of getting the next great novel.

Ford's problem seems to be systemic incompetence.

It is kind of funny - the way people blast ford, the build & price and how things have been delayed (etc, etc) but I bet very few are actually cancelling! Lots of talk . . . but who wants to cancel and then pass one on the road next year (?) and regret that decision . . . not me! I am in for the duration. If my Wildtrak arrives and 36 payments later I decide I prefer having a truck I will either trade or just retire the Bronco to weekend use . . . but I am in - in for a penny, in for a pound as my Gramp used to say.

I am curious though, of how many reservations have been cancelled for the FE and wondering if Ford will offer those slots at the time of ordering.
That is a GREAT question . . .I (NOW!) wonder the same thing

I wouldn't expect any cancelled FEs to be offered to other reservation holders. All FE Broncos will be built. Those that were cancelled will be allocated to preferred dealers in the region the reservation was made. Those vehicles will be marked up over msrp and will be a consolation to those dealers.

I have seen a couple of people in this forum that "had" FEs reserved and cancelled for some reason.
