Keep them in good shape and the TTB is great, otherwise they can be tire eating monsters.I think you and I may be the only folks with any love for the TTB. Even with almost no compression they still had good articulation due to the almost limitless droop. I owned six of them and never had a bit of trouble.
I used to hate it until I found out it disengages when you shift into 1 or R and move. Engaging it isn't that big of a deal and it is only annoying when I want to move the car 5 feet on a flat surface <-- adjusting the car position in the garage.Manual E-brake please.
You mean like the "soft touch" crap in most vehicles that splits and cracks? The brand new Pathfinder I rented already had a rip on the center console with fuzz coming out. No thanks I'll take hard plastic any day. It looks pretty darn good after four years, even with my son dragging his backpack across the glove box door every day.A reliable fuel pump.
Windows that don’t rattle.
Interior materials that won’t sustain damage when contact is made with…anything.
No. I mean the plastic that gets gouged with everyday use. Maybe you have different materials in yours because after 4 years and 3 months…I have scratches everywhere. No kids at home. My wife and I are careful. Pretty sure I’ve been seeing comments on this forum like mine since late ‘21, so I know I’m not alone. You mean like the "soft touch" crap in most vehicles that splits and cracks? You have a spare tire delete? How about a simple one - allow me to open up the glass without opening up the tailgate?
I want to keep the standard(not oversized) spare tire and still open the glass. It is possible as my 1993 Isuzu Rodeo had it without moving the spare tire to the side. It also had a truck tailgate which we liked. Really minor, but more realistic than a V12 2 door manual transmission in neon pink for $40k like some of the people are asking for.You have a spare tire delete?
Would have to revive the 3rd brake light and stand the tie off the gate a bit.I want to keep the standard(not oversized) spare tire and still open the glass.
