Everyone knows this is a historically bad time to buy a used or new vehicle. Have any of you been to a Toyota, Honda, BMW, Lexus, Ford, Chevy or any other dealership lately? The lots are empty, some have zero new cars available to test drive. And now gas prices are sky-rocketing. People will drive what they have into the dirt until things turn around. I’d say more but the thread would shortly get shit down due to politics.

February production 8,462 - dropped from January 12,938
- down about 35%

8462 were produced in 3 weeks, pretty good. The ratio between Broncos and Rangers seems to be bigger than 6:4. Daily production numbers w/o the shutdown week is close to 500 (8462 divided by 18). The shortage of chips will stay for 2022, as predicted. Anyway, one will not drive a Bronco as much during the gas price plateau.

Corresponds to the plant shutdown. I’m curious if Webasto is making headway opening their new roof plant in MI. Lots of jobs posted for months now. Also, wondering if they keep producing during MAP shutdown(s). Maybe they could at least make a dent in this one constraint

I would say more than that considering there 120k converted orders that were first few days. Add the other orders after and I'd say we're looking at 100k or more.
I mean unless they start getting mass cancelations which is doubtful ..
But why they stared Bronco Raptor and Everglades when they can't keep up is ridiculous...
Should have put those resources to existing orders.

I highly doubt they’re talking about the price of Wranglers. They could be talking about an average of SUVs from all manufacturers but I don’t know why they would do that. Either way, it’s stupid to gloat about lol.

Lexus and Toyota, you can't custom order from my understanding. From what I have read Toyota tells them what they are building and what allocation they will receive from what THEY choose to build, and you can pick from those allocated "stock" orders. Eww.

Is it a safe assumption to make, that there are 3-5k Broncos imprisoned at Ice mountain?

Based on nothing but Jan vs Feb sales & the early pics/videos - I think that's right in the ballpark.
