I just got back from my dealer. I couldn’t bring mine home tonight since they got two truckloads of cars last night (five Broncos!) and haven’t been able to get them all cleaned and inspected. We signed all the paperwork for financing and we’ll go back to pick her up first thing tomorrow.

One of us did get to bring home a Bronco, though, and he’s happier than a pig in $h!t. He keeps shouting “My bonko! My bonko!”

Finally updated to shipped! I’m guessing she’s sitting at the dealership right now. Palsapp indicated ‘dispatched’ today around 12pm ET, and I’m only about 2.5 hrs from MAP. Hoping to pick up tomorrow I think I am yet another example of movement without all updates… backdoor tracker stuck on ‘built’, BCE mods only w/ DAA tear tag, no emails, no baby pic.

If this is the case, and they ran out of chips, why would there be builds continuing the following weeks? If they ran out of chips , production should halt, or they should use the next week batches stock to complete what they started right? why leave cars laying around with bad chips or no chips? you're going to get a backlog glut.....I'm no production manager but I dont think I would want to leave vehicles laying around if you have other chips to use, unless you know youre getting replacements in a day or two.....we'll see.....

The person that I was dealing with through this whole process left in November and I have a new contact who I haven’t even met. I spoke to the new GM and Sales Mgr the other day and they seemed pretty clueless.
